Shipping Policy

At Miss O Bowtique, each bow is handmade with care. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. Once your order is ready, a tracking number will be emailed to you when the shipping label is created, typically providing updates within 1 business day of shipment.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, and standard shipping times may vary based on your location. Shipping options include:

• First Class Mail: $5
• Priority Mail: $10
• Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more

Once your package leaves our facility, please keep an eye on your tracking updates for delivery progress. If your package seems delayed, please reach out to us—we're happy to assist in tracking it down.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Miss O Bowtique is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages or for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address at checkout. If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or family members who may have received it by mistake. If it remains missing, you may file a claim with the carrier.
